	Northland Hearing Services, Inc. Northland Hearing Services has been in business since 1991 and is an award-winning member of the Starkey Hearing Alliance, a select group of hearing healthcare providers who have proven themselves to excel in professional, friendly customer service. Northland Hearing Services is now owned and operated by the Clark family, residents of Fairbanks since 1997.
	Maria A. Clark, B.A. Owner and primary hearing aid specialist at Northland Hearing Services, Inc., Maria values her patients and specializes in problem-solving: “Each patient that gives me the privilege of helping them presents a new challenge …a new opportunity to positively affect another relationship, another family. I feel honored each time a person commits to working with me.”
	Philip R. Clark, Office Manager Philip has been with Northland Hearing Services since 2001 and enjoys serving patients’ needs and assisting with hearing aid fittings. He also serves as the coach for the LACE aural rehab software. “I enjoy each person I meet at Northland Hearing. Coaching patients through the LACE program, we often become fast friends – and I learn from their experience and conversation almost more than they do from me.”
	Isaac S. Clark, Office Assistant Isaac is a recent addition to the Northland Hearing Services team. He will be the friendly voice on the other end of the telephone line when you call. “In the short time that I’ve been at Northland Hearing Services, I have learned a great deal; not just about helping people with hearing and understanding problems, but about people too. I feel privileged to be a part of Northland Hearing Services’ goals and mission in the community”
	Josiah M. Clark Though still a home-school student, Josiah (pronounced Joe-Siah) is a big help as he works part-time in the afternoons to keep the office tidy. “I enjoy my work at the office, and I especially like meeting the people that come in.”
	Ellen Merick, Insurance Claims Ellen has been with Northland Hearing Services since January, 2007. She has brought a bright smile and years of experience in record keeping. “I like knowing that I am helping to make a difference in people’s lives”.
